I tried Sofwave in 2025 after doing Ultherapy the year before. It felt like the gentler cousin: less scary in terms of affecting facial fat, but also more muted in result. I did it for lifting and laxity, but honestly I did not see much difference. Some people say Sofwave works better for them, so this is personal.
For me, I would not repeat it.
